Position: Mold Changeover and Tooling Technician (Plastics)

Love efficient setups and rock-solid processes? You will own changeovers, startup, and mid-run troubleshooting so production hits its stride quickly and stays there.

Your impact

Execute mold hangs and complete press setups to launch production runs.

Start jobs, dial in settings, and resolve in-run issues in line with documented work instructions.

Manage mold/tooling inventory: track, organize, and maintain readiness.

Perform press teardown and follow the mold pull procedure without deviations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

Record accurate downtime codes and tooling setup details in the ERP system.

Monitor press performance and escalate problems to the supervisor as needed.

What you bring

High School Diploma, GED, or 12 years of formal education preferred (not required).Comfort with basic math.

Clear English communication skills;
English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
5+ years of injection molding experience preferred.

Mechanical know-how and practical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift 60+ lbs, climb up and down stairs, and stand for up to 8 hours.

Forklift operation capability.

Core proficiency
