Location:Elgin, IL
Pay Rates & Shifts- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($20.50/hr)
- Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required)
- Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
- Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
- Work independently or in small, supportive teams
- Handle intricate electronics and components with exceptional care
- Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling heavy equipment (with team support)
- Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions
- Reliable, motivated, and a collaborative team player
