CNC Programmer and Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to set up and operate Haas brand CNC Machinery, creating custom parts and pieces. The ideal candidate will be comfortable programming online and/or offline and have the ability to complete changeovers and ensure quality production runs.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate Haas brand CNC Machinery to create custom parts.
- Complete changeovers and ensure quality of produced parts.
- Program utilizing Solid Works and/or Mastercam.
- Layout materials for machine production runs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and part information.
- Utilize manual machinery for minor die adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain machinery including hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
- 5 years of experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines.
- Proficient in programming with Solid Works and/or Mastercam.
- Ability to support both programming and operating CNC machinery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and plastics.
- Familiarity with inspection, quality, electrical, HVAC, and PLC troubleshooting.

Work Environment
Work in a clean quality department, with occasional requirements to walk the floor. Hours are 1st Shift from 6am to 2:30pm in a clean injection molding facility, which includes a medical clean room and an automotive area.
This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL.
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,IL.
