Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Molding Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Pingree Grove, IL. This position operates injection and blow molding equipment to produce quality parts while meeting production and safety standards.

• Operate injection and blow molding machines.
• Set up equipment and load materials according to job specifications.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle times as needed.
• Monitor production to maintain efficiency and minimize defects.
• Inspect finished products and remove defective items.
• Accurately document production and quality results.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
• Clean molds, machines, and surrounding work areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Assist with packaging and material handling when needed.

• Previous manufacturing or molding experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full third-shift schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
