Are you looking for a hands-on role in a cutting-edge workplace? Kelly® is partnering with Motorola to hire Non-Builder Assembly Associates for temporary support in our electronic assembly process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to details, and want to develop valuable skills, this could be your next great opportunity!
Pay Rates & Shifts- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($16.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($17.50/hr)
- Unpack components and materials for assembly
- Pack finished products and prepare parts for shipping
- Support the shift supervisor with tasks, including basic computer work
- Stand and move throughout your shift
- Lift up to 35 lbs independently; team lifting for 50 lbs
- Previous assembly or electronics experience is a plus (not required!)
- Ability to stand and move for the full shift
- Willing to learn and collaborate within a supportive team
- Basic computer and key entry skills
