Kelly Services is seeking an Assembler / Line Lead in Elgin, IL to supervise daily assembly and cabling tasks while guiding a team through a fast-paced production environment. The role entails coordinating workloads, ensuring safety, and driving quality during the shift from 6:15 AM to 2:30 PM.
You will train staff, monitor productivity, and perform quality checks. Prior experience in manufacturing and leadership is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
