HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN ELGIN, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. Candidates should have manufacturing or machine operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Multiple shifts are available, with competitive pay based on shift.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- Starting at $19 to $22/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift schedules available
- Located in Elgin, IL
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow production procedures and work instructions
- Monitor machine operation and product quality
- Identify and report machine or production issues
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and operating procedures
- Meet production and quality expectations
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to safely operate production equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
