Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, social media, advertising, and product materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking projects from concept to completion, managing details carefully, and contributing to a fast-moving team environment. The Marketing Assistant works closely with the team to help implement marketing programs efficiently and consistently.

• Assist with development and deployment of email marketing campaigns
• Support social media content creation, graphics coordination, and publishing
• Help coordinate digital advertising efforts and track performance
• Assist with development and updates of marketing materials and manuals
• Coordinate assets for trade shows and promotional events
• Track project timelines and ensure tasks move forward
• Help monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
• Maintain organized marketing files and documentation

• Woodworking experience required
• 1+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who follows through on assignments
