Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of the marketing department. In this hands‑on administrative role, you’ll fulfill our mission to positively impact others through 1:1 interactions and company wide communication initiatives.

Company Store
  • Lead a weekly orientation session for new drivers about the company store/uniforms.
  • Help customers in person and over the phone—selecting products, placing orders, and providing store account technical assistance.
  • Fix orders and update delivery addresses.
  • Fulfill orders—unboxing and prepping orders for pickup, and handling email orders.
  • Manage/restock inventory & packaging.
  • Keep storerooms and display areas organized and presentable.
  • Manage online product listings.
  • Research and test new products.
  • Complete a full store inventory twice per year (for our accounting team).
  • Analyze sales numbers and retire old or unwanted products.
  • Lead store expansion and efficiency projects.
Company wide Communications
  • Coordinate and schedule all content for the internal news website.
  • Coordinate and publish Dashboard Radio LIVE and GO episodes
    • Brainstorm & select topics.
    • Coordinate script writing & review.
    • Publish episodes on the internal news site.
Marketing Content Creation
  • Develop posts for social media channels.
  • Manage the weekly content calendar and assist with strategy development.
  • Create marketing materials such as press releases and email blasts.
  • Engage in other creative projects as needed.
Annual Projects
  • Lead the annual Driver Appreciation Week celebration
    • Develop the theme/marketing campaign for the week.
    • Coordinate events.
    • Order, organize, and distribute gifts for drivers.
  • Coordinate holiday company activities, gift initiatives, and dashboard content.
Other Duties
  • Manage inventory of promotional items for giveaways and special events.
  • Organize storage of physical items (brochures, magazines, promo items, store items) and create a system to track quantity and location.
  • Take new driver photos each week and complete other new hire tasks.
  • Activate and manage employee  for new hires and replacements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Schedule
  • Full‑time position;
    Monday‑Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Location:

    Corporate Offices – 19336 N. 1425 East Rd., Hudson, IL 61748.
  • Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 / yr (commensurate with experience).
