Lead Digital Communications Consultant

• Development and delivery of a digital communications strategy for customer facing portals including member, provider, employer, broker, or employee
• Implementing the determined strategy and handling day-to-day operations of digital communications development and operation team
• Promoting utilization of the portal and ensuring realization of anticipated benefits
• Performing the job with little or no oversight or guidance from manager

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in diverse business and technology experience
• Understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, CRM, and integrated marketing strategies OR in a web production environment
• Knowledge of current and emerging digital communications related technologies (i.e., Web 2.0)
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership or Supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Personnel management and staff development skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Project planning skills ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Experience in building working relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience utilizing MS Office Products
