Marketing Coordinator

Coordinates the day-to-day marketing initiatives and assists the development on various marketing and communication initiatives in conjunction with the Executive Vice President. These responsibilities include the strategic plan, branding, collateral and advertisements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to retain existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation a comprehensive and aligned strategic internal communications plan.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to ensure specific marketing needs are being met and individual marketing plans are being executed.
• Coordinate participation and attendance at conferences and trade shows.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to support customer satisfaction and account performance objectives.
• Coordinate development and integration of all advertising, including online/offline, advertising, public relations, trade shows, internal/external events, case studies, testimonials, and other campaigns to generate awareness and interest.
• Monitor, analyze and maintain all website updates for both INTREN’s public website () and INTREN’s internal intranet (), including social media communications.
• Negotiate with media vendors to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.
• Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results.
• Assist with planning and administering marketing budget.
• Maintain relationships with outside marketing and media vendors.
• Gather and maintains job site picture database.
• May travel to various offices to maintain open communication and ensure all marketing needs are being met.

• Assist with development a comprehensive and aligned corporate social responsibility plan to create a sustainable future through diversity, community outreach, and environmental sustainability.
• Coordinate corporate social responsibility plan with assistance of leadership team and business development team.
• Assist with planning and administering CSR budget.

Coordinate relationships with outside organizations and non-profits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or business management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related position.
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices.
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management, organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
