Volunteer Community Outreach Ambassador (Remote)
Help Change a Student's Future Through One Phone Call

QUED-UP is seeking motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our Community Outreach Team. If you enjoy talking with people and want to make a real impact, this is a great opportunity to help expand access to cybersecurity and technology education for underserved students.

No sales experience is required. We provide the call list, training, script, and ongoing support. Your role is simply to start the conversation and schedule an introduction with our team.

QUED-UP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating career pathways in:

• Cybersecurity
• Technology
• Animation
• Gaming
• Digital Skills Training

Our current mission is to help sponsor 2,400 students with access to cybersecurity education, industry certifications, mentorship, and career opportunities.

As a Volunteer Community Outreach Ambassador, you will receive a list of businesses and community contacts to call.

Your primary responsibility is to:

• Make 10 outbound calls per day
• Introduce QUED-UP using our simple call script
• Briefly explain our mission
• Identify individuals interested in learning more
• Schedule a follow‑up meeting with a QUED-UP team member

You are not responsible for asking for donations or closing sponsor ships. Once someone expresses interest, our leadership team will take over the conversation.

• Complete 10 outbound calls each day
• Record call outcomes in our tracking system
• Schedule meetings with interested prospects
• Attend occasional virtual volunteer meetings
• Help spread awareness of QUED-UP's mission

• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Fully remote
• Work from home using your phone and computer
