We are currently seeking an Oncology RN to work a 13‑week contract on night shift in Rock Island IL. Contracts can be extended.

- Compensation $59.00/hour
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current and unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of practice.
- Two years of experience as an RN in an Oncology Unit in the last two years.
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments to oncology patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Valid Illinois RN license. Must show proof of application for IA license before you are cleared to start.
- Current CPR.
- Previous experience in oncology nursing.
- Knowledge of critical care transport, tube feeding, PICU, gastric lavage, catheter care, senior care, ostomy care, sterile processing, phlebotomize, venipuncture is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with compassion and empathy.
