Assess and treat patients with acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma in collaboration with physicians. Manage the healthcare of patients with chronic illnesses, diagnosing and treating both acute and long-term issues. Educate patients and families on preventive care, medical issues, and prescribed treatments/medications. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, documenting all evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, and outcomes. Perform DOT physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.

Prescribe medications within the scope of the license. Ensure quality and standards through record evaluations by physicians and peers, promoting preventive and health maintenance care. Stay updated with new knowledge from conferences and training, incorporating it into clinical practice. Regular attendance is essential for efficient operations. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current licensure as a Certified Registered Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant (PANCE).
• Ability to provide care for patients of all age groups.
• Proficiency in performing minor procedures.
• 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care, ED, or Primary Care setting.
