• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and the Director of Nursing’s directives.
• Ensure nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current and active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
