6AM City, LLC seeks a Certified Registered Family Nurse Practitioner to assess and treat patients and collaborate with physicians to manage acute and chronic care. This role requires 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays at Willowbrook and Naperville.
You will educate patients, maintain confidential medical records, prescribe medications, and work with a team to ensure high-quality care. Must hold CRNP licensure (ANCC or AANP) and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.
