We are a small, 52-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility with a family-like atmosphere looking to hire nurses who are able to help us fulfil our mission of providing ‘Loving Care to the Glory of God.' We are a 5-star CMS rated facility located on the west side of Elgin, just past Randall Road.
Benefits- Shift differentials for weekends, PM and night shift
- Low Nurse-to-Resident ratio (26:1)
- Low Resident-to-CNA ratio (8:1)
- Paid time off for employees who work 20+ hours a week
