Responsibilities
- Work as part of a Real Estate Investment team to provide in-depth analysis of real estate debt transactions
- Analyze potential loans to ensure they meet appropriate standards
- Assist credit officers in achieving the overall domestic and international mortgage production goals
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
Demonstrates a strong understanding of real estate and finance concepts, with the ability to analyze real estate debt transactions and support mortgage production goals effectively.
