Job Description
Rally Appraisal (), a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across five states, is seeking to hire and train a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the Sprigfield, IL market. This position would train out of our Peoria office for the first 12-18 months, then transition to the Springfield, IL market.
This is a training opportunity within an established office that is a recognized leader in the area. You will support a high-performing team while helping to expand our market coverage, leveraging our strong reputation and well-known brand.
The training period typically lasts 12-18months and includes a salaried compensation structure. Upon certification, the role transitions to commission-based pay, offering a significant increase in earning potential for individuals who demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to uniform processes
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a mathematics related field.
Compensation:
Appraiser Trainee - $40,000 during the training period. Median income of experienced (3-5 years in role) Rally Certified General Appraisers is $130,000 +.
