Description
We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Outdoor/Patio Server to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and serve members and guests on the patio or outdoor dining areas.
- Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service.
- Assist with setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, kitchen staff, and management during service.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while multitasking in a high-volume environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Handle and carry large trays.
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in high-volume or outdoor dining.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
