Chip Shots Golf & Whiskey Bar at historic Wing Park is seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new concept that blends golf culture, elevated cocktails, curated whiskey, and a welcoming neighborhood vibe.

As a Part-Time Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, crafting exceptional drinks, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping shape the culture of a new hospitality destination. You’ll work closely with our Lead Bartender, Beverage Director, Events Manager and Chef to deliver a polished yet approachable atmosphere where quality, consistency, and service are top priorities.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, whiskey pours, beer, and wine with a high level of accuracy and care
• Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to all guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Assist with bar setup and opening procedures, including prepping ingredients, stocking, and station readiness
• Execute closing procedures, including breakdown, cleaning, restocking, and end-of-shift checklists
• Assist or service the golf simulator lounges during slower periods when a server is not on-site
• Support daily operational tasks and uphold workflow standards
• Educate guests on whiskey selections, cocktails, and seasonal offerings
• Support private events, tastings, and special programming as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service guidelines

• Prior bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail or whiskey knowledge is a plus)
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in both lively and low-key environments
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team wherever needed
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must be 21+ and BASSET certified (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
