Prepare hot and cold menu items for patient trays, cafe, and catering according to department standards;
Follow standardized recipes to ensure quality and adequate quantities of food for all meal programs;
Adhere to department food safety standards and document any deviations or issues;
Adhere to department production standards and timetables and document if standards are not met;
Assist in all areas of hot production (trayline, cafe, grill, catering) and maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
