tips are estimated at $3/hr
based on historical averages.
Base hourly pay is $16-18/hr
.

Qualified candidates are also eligible for a
retention bonus of up to $350 after 12 weeks
of work.

As a Shift Lead, you will do all the jobs of a Crew member in addition to:

• Leading and running excellent shifts,
• Overseeing daily task list completion and quality,
• Using communication skills to motivate team members,
• Helping resolve customer issues when a manager is not available,
• Leading by example with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, and
• Embracing policies and standard operating procedures.

A Full Time Shift Lead is expected to work at least 30 hours per week.

Our restaurants are open to customers from 10 am to 9 pm daily, 7 days a week. The opening shift starts at 7:00 am and the closing shift ends at 9:30 pm.

All of our hourly employees earn a share of all the tips during the pay period proportionally to the hours they worked. Pay periods are bi-weekly.
