We are seeking a Retail Commercialization Manager to lead the successful execution of new product launches into retail. This role will own the commercialization process from retailer authorization through on-shelf performance and serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, retail buyers, and broker partners.
This position is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail operations, cross-functional coordination, and launch performance management.
Responsibilities Retail Launch & Execution- Own and execute retail product launches from authorization through in-store performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, retail buyers, and broker partners.
- Ensure item setup, compliance, and retail readiness across all retail accounts.
- Coordinate planograms, resets, and in-store execution to support successful launches.
- Manage broker execution and ensure accountability to timelines and expectations.
- Track launch performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
- Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure launch alignment.
- Manage multiple product launches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor retail execution metrics and provide updates on launch status and performance.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting launch processes and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in retail commercialization, sales operations, or CPG retail execution.
- Hands-on experience working directly with retail buyers and broker partners.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple launches and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly execution-focused.
- Experience managing product launches, sales, marketing, and data analysis on Amazon and other e-commerce or technology platforms.
- Experience supporting national or regional retail accounts.
- Familiarity with retail item setup, planograms, resets, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess launch performance and trends.
- Experience building or improving commercialization and launch processes.
- High-visibility role with real ownership and measurable impact.

- Competitive base salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year
, depending on experience - Performance-based launch bonuses available up to 20% of base salary
