Job description:

Responsible for managing customer interactions related to the company's products and services. This role will ensure accurate and timely order entry while maintaining the ERP system (Net Suite). The individual will also play a key role in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance service levels and drive efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain accurate customer records and track and report on customer shipments.

* Process Repair and Advance Exchange Orders in the ERP system daily, following defined procedures.

* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

* Monitor ongoing project activities and provide status updates and presentations to internal and external stakeholders as required.

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different roles and departments.

* Demonstrated ability to work with employees within different roles.

* Search inventory and order stock for Sales Orders

* Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

* Fluent in English

* Strong ERP (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. The range considers factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
