Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donated items for sale and achieving pricing goals. Strategically set prices according to guidelines to maximize revenue while maintaining an efficient flow of donations and ensuring a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.

Welcome and thank donors, carefully accept donations, organize the production area by sorting incoming items, and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.

Organize the sales floor, help customers find what they’re looking for, and serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about the organization or donations.

Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales transactions, and communicate how purchases support people’s employment opportunities. Customer service excellence ensures every customer leaves with a positive impression of Goodwill.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer‑service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer‑service standards when interacting with donors.

Compensation is based on education, experience, market demands, and other factors. Participation in incentive plans is possible but not guaranteed.
