Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills are required.
