Pay Rate: $20- $22/hr, based on experience

Position Responsibilities:

As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.

* Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates.

* Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

* Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership.

* Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory.

* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
