Special Projects Associate

• Support Operations Across the Company:
  Complete special projects that keep our stores running smoothly.
• Build, Repair & Create:
  Assemble grills and other customer products, repair and build window screens, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship that supports our customers and store teams.
• Delivering Outstanding Service:
  Safely and professionally complete deliveries and product transfers between stores.
• Be the Go‑To Problem Solver:
  Take on a variety of hands‑on assignments and special projects as business needs arise.
• Work Independently and Make an Impact:
  Work across multiple locations while contributing to meaningful projects throughout the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in retail settings
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

• Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
• Ability to sit, stand and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to travel to store locations, as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shifts
• Ability to work flexible hours

$16.00 - $18.00/hour
