• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members

• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
• Maintain inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations

• Team Member: Keep up‑to‑date product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, advise associates, and support flexible work needs.
• Expert: Understand quality specifications, prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) to standards, ensure product safety, and comply with regulations.
• Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve experience; adopt new technology and encourage teammates.
• Owner: Drive area performance, use inventory management tools, maintain quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist customers.
• Talent Ambassador: Promote the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, peers, and customers.

Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour (subject to local minimum wage). Additional premiums may apply from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
