Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Tasks include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with locating products. This fast‑paced role can be physically demanding, requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to unload trucks and move inventory.
• Sorting and stocking products in the backroom.
• Maintaining neat aisles and a clean environment.
• Positive interaction with vendors and drivers.
• Greeting customers and answering product questions.

Hourly rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.
