Support members by efficiently stocking and maintaining fresh food areas in the freezer, cooler, and deli departments. Ensure shelves are clean, products are properly displayed, temperatures are controlled, and customer service is friendly and responsive.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, and deli area organized and compliant with company policies.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, assisting with needs, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, and cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise.
• Inspect shelves, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products to keep the area ready for members.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and auditing merchandise as required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to comply with all job training and assessment requirements within prescribed time periods.

• Prior experience stocking fresh food or customer service experience.
• Strong work ethic, problem‑solving skills, and ability to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hourly wage: $18.00 to $26.00* (may be affected by location and schedule).
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
