Elgin VW- located near I-90 and Randall Rd is seeking a Full Time Cashier/Switchboard Operator. (Tuesday - Saturday, 11am
-8pm) This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and for one of the most established dealerships in Illinois. If you have cashiering experience and are looking for more to do, this is a great opportunity to learn more. Part Time positions available, Night, Days and Saturday shifts available.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Answer switchboard & route calls.
• Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
• Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
• Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
• Perform related clerical duties.
• Stocks in cars and maintains key track machines for the sales department.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
• Professional appearance & attitude.
• Pre-placement drug screen.

Additional Considerations:

• Bilingual English, Spanish, Polish is a plus!
• Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.
