About the RoleNewhaven Display is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused B2B Inside Sales Representative to support both new and existing customers in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in B2B inside sales, account support, customer service, or order/quote management who enjoys building relationships, managing customer requests, and working in a detail-oriented environment.
The position involves a combination of:
- customer communication
- quote and order management
- account support
- and business development support
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working within ERP/CRM systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Support- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status
- Prepare accurate customer quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Support customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, or alternative product solutions
- Support both inbound and outbound sales efforts
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
- Assist with prospecting and follow‑up activities for new business development
- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales activity within ERP/CRM systems
- Manage multiple quotes, customer requests, and follow‑up activities simultaneously
- Maintain accurate documentation and order information
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Support ongoing account growth and customer retention efforts
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, order management, or a related B2B environment preferred
- Experience supporting or selling physical products within manufacturing, distribution, industrial, electronics, or technical product environments strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Comfortable learning and working within ERP/CRM systems and other business software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Associate degree or higher preferred
Please Note: This role is best suited for candidates with experience in B2B sales or customer support environments with a focus on product sales. Retail‑only sales experience is generally not aligned with the day‑to‑day responsibilities of this position.
