We’re recruiting for a growing company seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth throughout the Midwest, primarily across Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.
This is a true hunter role focused on developing new relationships and winning business within manufacturing and industrial environments. The ideal person enjoys building territory, opening doors, and selling consultative technical solutions with both hardware and software components.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and grow new business throughout the Midwest territory
- Sell consultative technical solutions into manufacturing environments
- Work directly with plant-level stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and related teams
- Travel regionally throughout the Midwest (approximately 50–70%)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in technical or industrial sales
- Background selling solutions that combine hardware + software components
- Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success
- Comfortable in a quota-carrying environment with variable compensation
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Midwest
Experience in areas such as automation, industrial sensors, IIoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, reliability, robotics, machine vision, or related technical solutions is highly preferred, though candidates from broader technical sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
