• Conduct home tours and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and customization options available.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory availability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Oasis Manufactured Homes in the marketplace.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or housing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer‑centric approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of manufactured homes and familiarity with construction and housing terminology is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
