Sales Representative

Transend Logistics is a leading company in the logistics industry, dedicated to providing top-notch supply chain solutions and exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, managing supply chains, and driving business growth.

• Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
• Tailor supply chain solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Oversee transition to the Transend account management team
• Maintain daily communication with the customer base to foster company growth and build lasting relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
• This position is inside and outside sales

• Prior experience in 3PL Logistics customer sales preferred
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of 3PL Logistics Software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong Interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners and key influencers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management
