Now, we’re looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy sales professional to take ownership of our Northern Illinois territory and elevate it to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Own and grow your territory—develop, expand, and dominate your market
- Deliver compelling, in-person presentations to municipalities, schools, park districts, and key decision-makers
- Build deep relationships and become the go-to expert in your region
- Identify and close high-value projects from concept to completion
- Develop strategic plans to outperform competitors and increase market share
- Stay ahead of industry standards, trends, and playground safety guidelines
- Visit project sites and ensure exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting with a high level of accountability
Who You Are
- A highly competitive, self-motivated sales professional who plays to win
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious goals
- Skilled at building trust and closing deals—especially in recreation, construction, municipal, or government sales
- A strategic thinker who knows how to develop and manage a territory like a business
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple accounts at a high level
- Strong communicator—confident in presentations, conversations, and written communication
- Willing to travel within the territory and attend team meetings in Union, IL
