Regional Director

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world! We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage our Central region Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs).

• Lead, manage, and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space.
• Organize and analyze sales obstacles, eliminating them through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision‑makers within enterprise customer organizations.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations) to grow revenue.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record of success in sales with enterprise‑sized accounts, a plus if with central U.S. based accounts.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, from C‑level to front‑line technical staff.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. central territory (Midwest, Great Lakes, TX, and OK).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
