Position Summary:
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Offering products or services via phone, email, or other online channels.

Education Required:

High School diploma or GED required

Experience Required:

At least one year of experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or relevant business experience

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to set goals and sales targets to increase revenue

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs

Duties/Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and follow up on leads

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Work with purchasing on inventory levels to meet customer demand

Actively participate in supplier/customer trainings and business reviews

Collect tax certificates, credit applications, and required account documentation

Drive initiatives to increase product margin

Physical Demands:
This position is mostly sedentary (6+ hours/day). Work is performed in an office setting, requiring extended typing and computer usage. Occasional lifting of boxes (up to 20 pounds) may be required. Screen time will be frequent throughout the day.
