We are continuing to expand our national business development team and are seeking a high-level B2B outbound sales professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.

This is not a transactional sales role or high-volume appointment-setting position.

Success at Advantax requires thoughtful outreach, strategic follow-up, strong business acumen, and the ability to build credibility with executive-level decision makers over time.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for experienced B2B sales professionals who understand how to:

  • Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns
  • Build relationships through persistence and professionalism
  • Navigate long and complex sales cycles
  • Create opportunities through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  • Develop trust with finance, accounting, and tax leadership teams

You will be responsible for generating and developing relationships with Controllers, CFOs, Tax Directors, and other senior finance professionals at large organizations throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate understands that enterprise B2B sales success is rarely about “quick wins.” It is about consistency, strategy, patience, and execution over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop enterprise-level B2B opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Execute highly targeted outreach through phone, email, and Linked In
  • Build and manage thoughtful multi-touch sales cadences
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational, compliance, and process-related pain points
  • Effectively communicate Advantax’s value proposition in a consultative and professional manner
  • Build long-term relationships with finance and tax leaders across multiple industries
  • Manage and nurture accounts through extended sales cycles

    Maintain highly organized CRM documentation and follow-up activity within Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership on account strategy and pipeline development
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, roleplay, and NEPQ-based consultative sales training

  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Strong time management, organization, and CRM discipline
  • Comfortable receiving coaching and operating within a team‑oriented sales culture
