Fire Protection Sales Representative (Outside Sales - 641)

Full Time, 40+ Hours Weekly, M-F

Our Fire Protection Sales Representatives are critical to the success of the company.

They support company sales initiatives through the knowledge they contribute to improve the safety and well‑being of the community.

• Cultivates responsibility for generating sales volume higher than quota at acceptable gross margins
• Establishes and maintains contact with existing and new customers by proactively providing exceptional customer service
• Creates and provides estimates and quotes for Fire Alarm installation and service pricing
• Negotiates details of contracts and payments
• Prepares sales contracts and order forms
• Communicates efficiently and effectively with customers & office personnel via phone, email and face‑to‑face
• Meets time‑bound goals, provides regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintains the company’s database system with up‑to‑date customer information to properly service customers in a timely manner
• Operates in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Reads and deciphers engineered drawings or design‑build systems
• Delivers presentations of company products to new and existing customers

This role offers a base salary in the range of $60,000‑$65,000 annually with a commission plan with the opportunity to transition to 100% commission. Full benefits, retirement plans and paid time off are offered.
