Job Description & How to Apply Below
PRH Private Capital is looking to expand their flexible residential real estate financing practice by adding a Loan Advisor. We serve fix-and-flip operators, builders, landlords, and portfolio investors with a product suite that covers the full investment lifecycle — acquisition, renovation, ground-up construction, stabilization, and long-term hold — with loan sizes from $50,000 to $3,000,000 to investors across the country.
Business Development- Build and actively manage your book of business — targeting a growing roster of active borrower relationships.
- Identify and pursue new clients through outbound prospecting: phone, email, Linked In, networking events, and referral channels.
- Develop a referral network — real estate agents, contractors, wholesalers, attorneys, title companies, and other ecosystem partners — to generate consistent deal flow.
- Gain visibility in the real estate investor community through networking, local events, and industry conversations.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to your clients — understanding their business, their goals, and their project pipeline, not just the deal in front of you.
- Capture the full context of each opportunity: borrower background, project specifics, financing objectives, and exit strategy.
- Screen opportunities for product fit based on loan size, property type, leverage, DSCR, credit profile, and exit.
- Educate borrowers on PRH’s product suite and position the right structure for each project.
- Review core documents — credit, asset statements, REO schedule, project details — before building and delivering a term sheet or letter of intent.
- Guide borrowers through intake, document collection, application support, and expectation-setting from first call through closing.
- Coordinate with PRH’s underwriting and closing teams to maintain deal momentum and deliver a professional, on‑time borrower experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, deal notes, follow‑up schedules, and pipeline status throughout each transaction.
- Manage a clean, well‑documented pipeline with active follow‑up on every open opportunity.
The ideal Loan Advisor at PRH has earned the right to be called a trusted advisor by their clients. They bring a network, a work ethic, and the hunger to build something. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Experience in loan origination, private lending, real estate loan brokerage, business development, or commission-based financial services — especially in the investment property space.
- A strong existing network of real estate investors, operators, rehabbers, builders, landlords, or professional referral partners. The best candidates come with relationships they are ready to bring to PRH.
- Working knowledge of residential investment property finance: LTV, LTC, ARV, DSCR, recourse structures, and standard loan documentation.
- Disciplined pipeline manager: CRM-native, responsive, and organized, with strong follow-up habits and no deals falling through the cracks.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial and are comfortable in a commission-only environment.
