The LaSalle Network is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Elgin, IL. This role will focus on building partnerships within the commercial market and generating new business through a relationship-driven approach.
With a strong internal team support, this position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work onsite two days for the first month and one day weekly thereafter. Compensation includes a base of $70K–$80K plus commission opportunities.
