Are you a retirement plan professional who enjoys building relationships and driving new business? We're seeking a TPA Sales Consultant to join a growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retirement plan expertise who wants to leverage their industry knowledge in a client-facing sales role.

• Develop and grow new business through financial advisors, CPAs, investment professionals, and referral partners.
• Consult with business owners on retirement plan design and TPA services.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through implementation.
• Deliver presentations and educate prospective clients on retirement plan solutions.
• Collaborate with internal administration and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.

• 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a TPA.
• Previous business development, relationship management, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit‑sharing, and cash balance plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed sales goals.
• Industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, or AIF are a plus.

• Base salary of $80,000–$100,000
