Responsibilities
The Enterprise Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chicago Area. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a primary point of contact for all account-related needs. Day-to-day activities include identifying client requirements, presenting tailored digital office and managed print solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing successful implementation.
The Enterprise Account Manager will actively prospect and generate new leads, collaborate with internal sales operations and service teams, monitor account performance, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role also involves regular on-site meetings with customers, accurate pipeline reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives to expand IMAGETEC L.P.’s presence in the Chicagoland market.
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling within existing accounts.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and open new enterprise relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Candidates should possess consultative selling abilities and a solid understanding of digital office solutions, managed print services, and/or managed IT services.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, service, and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and common CRM platforms.
- Relevant experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within office equipment, print management, or IT services, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
