Skyline is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Sales and Account Support Specialist to join our sales team. This role will focus on the daily management of key accounts in the retail space, ensuring seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing service.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and excels at solving problems efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving internal processes and customer satisfaction. Reporting to and partnering with Account Managers, this candidate will be responsible for maintaining and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer issues and claims, delivering timely and professional resolutions
- Identify trends in service performance and customer feedback to recommend and implement process improvements
- Ensure timely, accurate order processing and work to optimize delivery timelines and transaction efficiency
- Work with senior sales team and client to facilitate the setup of new items, including item photography and number creation, cover sheet development, and system upload
- Conduct site audits to check for product placements, adjustments, removals, and work with internal and client teams to update as needed and measure success
- Generate sales reports and review with senior management, including general sales and deductions, return rates, online reviews, and other data points to determine items success or failure
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management, preferably in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration
