Tower Technicians (Level I–III)
Based in Dallas-Fort Worth & traveling regionally
$18–$30/hr + Bonuses + Per Diem + Growth Path

At Tower Communications Expert (TCE), our Tower Technicians are more than climbers — they’re the backbone of wireless infrastructure. Whether it’s a remote mountaintop or a busy city rooftop, our teams deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality telecom builds that power emergency services, business, and everyday life.
What You’ll Do
- Climb and work on towers, rooftops, and structures (sometimes 300+ ft)
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair cellular equipment, antennas, and cabling
- Perform sweeps, PIM testing, and fiber/coax splicing
- Follow safety protocols 100% — every time
- Travel regionally with crew; per diem and hotel provided
Who We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors year-round
- Previous tower, construction, or electrical experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a bonus!)
- Certified climbers or willing to become certified (we’ll train you)
- A strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and desire to grow
Level I - $18–$22/hr - $40k–$50k+/year
Level II - $23–$26/hr - $50k–$60k+/year
Level III - $27–$30/hr - $60k–$85k+/year

- $45/day per diem
