Industrial Electrical Foreman
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced industrial electrician ready to step into a foreman position overseeing small crews on active job sites. The ideal candidate has strong field experience in industrial or heavy commercial electrical work and is comfortable leading day-to-day installation activities while still working alongside their team. This role is a fit for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems on site, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

Job Type :
Full-Time, Direct Hire
Electrical Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct daily work for small electrical crews on active job sites
- Perform hands-on electrical work including conduit bending, wiring, and terminations
- Ensure job site safety, quality standards, and code compliance are followed
- Coordinate materials, tools, and daily work plans to keep projects on schedule
- Communicate progress and updates with project leadership and field teams
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard daytime schedule with overtime and travel between Chicagoland job sites as needed
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 an hour
Electrical Foreman Requirements:
- One year of industrial or heavy commercial electrical experience
- Prior foreman or lead electrician experience, or strong journeyman ready to step up
- Ability to install conduit, pull wire, and complete electrical terminations
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and job site safety standards (OSHA)

Location: Elgin, Illinois (Chicagoland area) - Onsite with regional travel between job sites required
