• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other lift truck makes.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude; knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, or knowledge of various testing equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torches, arc welders, and various testing equipment.
• Industry related training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals and to plan and follow through on repair tasks.

• Competitive wages with an anticipated starting pay range of $23 to $28 per hour; skills and experience may adjust pay.
